Registering to Use the Parent Portal:

Please follow these simple steps to access the portal:

  • Click on the following link and request a password using the email address that this email was sent to: https://harrogateladies.myschoolportal.co.uk/request-password
  • You will receive an email from My School Portal please follow the instructions
  • Once you have gained access to the Portal you should be able to navigate your way around

Please note that if you already have a child attending one of our schools there’s no need to re-register. Information about all of your children will be available via your existing log-in.

New Parent Information & Forms for Completion

Once you have logged into the Parent Portal please select the New Parents tab from the top menu. This will enable you to access relevant New Parent Documents as well as a Medical Forms and New Pupil Forms which will need you to take the time to read and complete as appropriate.

I hope you enjoy using our Parent Portal. Please do remember that the Medical Forms and New Pupil Forms (Compulsory) need to be completed before your child starts at the School. If you need any help with the completion of the forms please do contact me at admissions@hlc.org.uk.
