Logging On
You will have been given a username and password.
E.g Username: first initial.surname (ie. S.Smith)
Password: Year group (ie. l6)
Please log onto a school computer first to change your password or you won't be able to use the WiFi
Enter you school username and password. The computer will then ask you to change it.
WiFi
Once you have changed your password on a school computer you will be able to join the WiFi
Please join: HLC-Wireless
Username: hlc\school.username
Password: school password
iPhone
You may have to say yes to accepting a security certificate
Android
Please enter these settings
On a School Computer to get your emails go to Start > Core Programs > Outlook 2016
Just click next until you get to the end.
It may ask for your username and password again.
Make sure your email address is correct in the box
Zoom
If you have been sent a Zoom link by one of your teachers simply click on the link in the email.
This will open up Zoom (if you are using a school computer with a webcam)
If you are using your own device then you can either download zoom from https://zoom.us/
or select 'Join from your browser'
